D.    Approval of Resolution #2008-04, Resolution of Intention to Levy Assessments for the Fiscal Year 2008-2009, Preliminarily Approving the Engineer’s Report and Providing Notice of Hearing of the Monterey Peninsula Regional Park District’s Park, Open Space and Coastal Preservation District and Approval of Resolution #2008-05, Resolution Certifying Compliance with State Law with Respect to the Levying of General and Special Taxes, Assessments, and Property-Related Fees and Charges.

E.     Approval of Resolution #2008-06, Resolution of Intention to Approve an Amendment to Contract Between the Board of Administration of the California Public Employees’ Retirement System and the Board of Directors of the Monterey Peninsula Regional Park District
