B.   Conference with Legal Counsel--anticipated Litigation pursuant to California Government Code Section 54954.5(c).  Significant exposure to litigation pursuant to subdivision (b) of Section 56956.9.  One potential case.

 

C.  Existing and/or Potential Litigation Pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.9 (a) and (b)-Conference with Legal Counsel:

E.   Approval of Proposal from Hayashi & Wayland for Providing Agency Auditing Services for FY2008-09 With Options for Two Additional Years
