The world is our classroom.

Spring Break:

Check out the Spring Break programs offered by MPRPD in partnership with the YWCA. The Spring Break camp is a week-long day camp with an overnight camping experience. We also offer after school programs. Click here to find out more!

Summer Nature Camp

Nature Camp is an environmental education experience that utilizes inquiry based learning and outdoor adventures to instill a sense of wonder and stewardship for our open spaces.  The activities have been carefully selected to allow your child to try new experiences in a safe and supportive environment.  Come hike, paddle, climb, and explore your way around the Monterey Peninsula.  More information about Nature Camp for summer 2007 will be available in spring.

School and Afterschool Enrichment Programs

The Monterey Peninsula Regional Park District has partnered with the International School of Monterey and the YMCA of the Monterey Peninsula to bring environmental education to local school and after school programs.
