The General Manager is responsible for overall District budget and financial management, fiscal and operational policy implementation, community relations, real and capital acquisitions, grant programs, resource management, staff supervision and training, and general Board support.

Tim manages the District land acquisition program and other programs including, land use, resource conservation, regulatory and permit processing, inter-agency open space planning, public relations, and grant writing.
Administrative Services Manager

Shuran is responsible for administrative services including human resources; property and risk management; website maintenance as well as budget management and other duties. She serves as the clerk to the Board of Directors; coordinates preparation, duplication, and distribution of the Board agenda materials and serves as the official record keeper of the District.

Kelly is also responsible for administrative services including finance; payroll; accounts payable and receivable. She manages the access permit process, as well as purchasing and other projects.
Environmental Education Supervisor

Jackie is responsible for coordinating and supervising District environmental education programs, personnel and facilities. This includes developing and implementing programs, activities, special events and community outreach efforts.
Environmental Education Coordinator-Volunteers
Debbie coordinates the District's volunteer program, including docent-led community hikes, various special events, the visitor center and nature museum at Garland Ranch Regional Park, presentations at public schools and other locations, and docent/volunteer naturalist activities/enrichment.

Caine schedules and manages all District field operations, including maintenance and construction, trails, structures, facilities and capital equipment. He supervises Ranger staff and handles administration of field operations.
The Rangers are responsible for various functions including, trail and facility maintenance and repairs, trail construction and development, supervising crews and volunteer workers, implementing resource conservation and management plans, participating in special events, and patrol activities.
