PARKS & PRESERVES You can click on the Park and Open Space Locator above to access information about MPRPD parks and open spaces. You can also access information about public park properties operated by other governmental agencies within the region. Click on the following links to find out about the parks and preserves maintained and operated by Monterey Peninsula Regional Park District. These parklands are open to the public, however Blomquist Preserve and San Clemente-Blue Rock are currently not open for public access. An Access Permit is required in order to visit Palo Corona Regional Park, Mill Creek Preserve, and the Kahn Ranch portion of Garland Ranch Regional Park (when accessed via Hitchcock Canyon Rd).
