Celebrate the 22nd annual Summer Wildflower Show this weekend Saturday, June 11 and Sunday, June 12 from 10 am-4 pm at the Garland Ranch Regional Park Visitor Center.
View over 100 plants on display found in your local Monterey Peninsula Regional Park District (MPRPD) parks and open spaces, all in one place. The in-person event is hosted by MPRPD volunteers and staff.
Sunday, June 12 at 11 am features a demonstration using smart phone technology to help you identify the vast array of blooming plants around, led by Let’s Go Outdoors! instructor Patrick Furtado. Download the free smartphone app Seek by iNaturalist and take your nature knowledge to the next level.
